Could anyone tell me if this is possible? And any guides on this? Like to build an extension that is actually calling out to LLM and chatbot. This is to give simple troubleshooting answers that our clients can do when calling in. On my PBX now a really don’t see anyway to do this. I am guessing a SIP outbound?
Just create an extension that is CF ALL to ChatGPT’s phone number – preserve the caller ID… should work.
