CloudUCM CDR issue

I have 3 trunks set up on a clouducm instance. All working fine. But in the CDR, it shows all incoming calls coming from the same trunk. Outgoing calls do show that they are using the correct trunk in the cdr. I posted this on the GS forum and sent support a ticket, just wondering if someone else has seen this. Not really an issue for me but I do let this one client view the CDR and I know this would confuse them.

Are the inbound numbers they are coming in on different trunks?

Yes they are.. each trunk has a few did each.

Are you using a catch all inbound route for the trunks?

I wonder if the DIDs are just coming in on one trunk.

They are definitely on separate trunks. If I disable one of the trunks, calls stop working that are tied to it. The trunk showing up on the cdr is the last one I set up, so I may redo the first trunk so it is at the bottom of the list and see if the cdr starts saying all incoming calls come from it.

User error, not paying attention. Didn’t set up correctly, all me. :slight_smile:
Long story short, it was using the correct trunk, but when adding a inbound route, if you don’t choose the trunk on the first page as the one you want but choose it when creating the inbound route it still uses that trunk name. So before I added the inbound route, it was on this trunk to add.


I choose add and when asking what trunk I choose this one. So it was using the correct trunk but on the cdr since I added it under the one called HW, all calls came in looking like that.
