Been playing with CloudUCM and loving it so far, except I can’t get voicemail to work. I have configured it, on two separate instances, and can successfully leave a message on an extension’s VM… but that’s the end of it. The message doesn’t get emailed despite the config, and the extension doesn’t have a message waiting to be heard.
Anyone else seen this?
Is the system able to send email from other modules?
Turns out no, and I had the extensions set not to save the voicemails if it would send an email. Just needed a fresh mind the following day and figure it out in minutes
