I have a UDR running 4.3.9, and the network is updated to 9.49.4.19
A couple days ago, I subscribed to CyberSecure for the $99 and activated the subscription.
I have a Main or default network (VLAN 1), a guest network (VLAN 2), and an IoT network (VLAN 3).
I set up all three networks and checked off what I wanted cyber secure to block, and it works fine on IoT and the guest network. However it doesn’t work at all on the default network?
I have tried removing it and then adding each network separately and it doesn’t matter how I do it it WILL NOT work on the default network.
Anyone have an idea what could be causing this? TIA
What are you using for the DNS on that network?
@williehowe Thank you Willie, your answer fixed the problem. I set all three networks DNS Server to Auto and all is working as intended.
I do gotta say I surely wish I had taken some training or classes on networking when I was younger. I started with Unifi about 10 or 12 years ago and started small and then expanded my network to cover three homes on 7 acres. Learned mostly from YouTube and Willie and others that do a lot on Unifi.
But not having much learned knowledge it’s the little piddly things like the DNS Server having been set by me to certain Cloudflare DNS servers, then not realizing that would mess up Cyber Secure. Those are the nit picky things that drive me crazy, LOL.

Don’t feel bad – it’s always DNS – we’ve all been there.
