I am looking for a firewall admin and am having the hardest time finding anyone. Is anyone else having issues with finding good candidates lately?

I think what we’re seeing is that people who are good at what they do and are treated well are staying put – people who are unhappy are leaving and I think they may have a different place in the organization – and those folks likely don’t fit your candidate profile.
