So I have a project where the pbx side of the GCC is not connecting to cloud and the Wave app. Unfortunately this is behind an ATT router with passthough mode on, all firewalls are off and packet filtering is off. Ports are confirmed to be opened. Anyone else run into this?
I also had an internal issue today that after updating to the latest update the SDP and STUN where unchecked which translated to anything that had to do number keys on GRP 2624 didn’t work. Select voicemail box it says it speal on voicemail but when I hit “1” Play to # End call didn’t work. Even putting the phone in away status with speed dial *48 the pbx does not see the button pushes. So watch out for this. Checking them fixed those issues.
Really? Personally this shouldn’t be the fix. That means I would have to do the setup all over and now that is eating into my profit of the project that has been completed for two months.
This may or may not help, but in the early days with gdms/gwn I sometimes had to toggle tr-069 to get some phones or APs to show up. It should be on, try to disable and turn back on. Also change the inform interval to a lower number. This is what support had me do in the past and it worked sometimes.
