It’s currently in beta, but the new AI transcription features and call summary are really cool. I had a long call helping a client and after we hung up the call was transcribed and an AI summery of what we talked about.

Is that a in-built function or does it require Internet? I have healthcare customers that are completely standalone.
I’m pretty sure the AI processing is happening online. Don’t think the ucm6300 have anything that can process this. It’s not perfect yet. Some of the dialog is missing in call transcripts, not sure if that’s on GS side or not.
