Newbie advice on upgrading GWN7610's. 1 Ethernet & 2 Mesh

The fibre ONT is in the garage and connects to a GWN7062. One of the ports links via the ethernet cable (via POE) to a GWN7610 (the suitably shielded cable snakes outside the house, back in via the roof space and then into an upstairs Study [AP mounted on the ceiling]). I cannot easily run anymore cables to the 2 remaining GWN7610’s (also due to cost). Therefore, these 2 AP’s are in mesh mode and everything is working OK.
I am thinking that I could look into upgrading the access points. Whereas, the GWN7610 has a power input, I notice (I believe) that some of the newer access points do not. Does this mean I would be no longer able to use mesh and would have to be careful as to which AP’s I purchased.

Hey welcome to the forum. So with the newer aps you can still do mesh, you will have to power them with a Poe injector. There are many brands on Amazon, you need a 48v Poe. The link below should be one that would work fine.

Thank you. You have told me exactly what I wanted to know. I am not in the USA, but I will be able to source one with the local plug I will need.
