One of my installers was on a job site yesterday and saw this. This was at a school used to connect another building. You can see it does have a link to the other side, I have no idea how well it works.

I had to stop posting my photos like this because some manufacturers don’t like it when we use devices in a way that they won’t support. We do all kinds of crazy stuff with radios shoot through all kinds of stuff that we’re not supposed to do hops with different types of frequencies, which probably isn’t that uncommon. But the point is to get the last mile. You’ll do a lot of things that maybe you’re not proud of, but by God you can check the weather.

Yeah, I see some weird stuff. And I will admit I have done some things that some people might being thinking WTH, why was this done that way. But your right at the end of the day if it’s working then it’s working.
