Synology Directory Server - Remote Desktop

I have a Windows 2008 R2 Server that is joined to domain on synology directory server.
Domain users login to win2k server via RDP to run a inventory software.

When the user logs in - get the following error

To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow log on through Terminal Services right. By default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have this right. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has this right, or if the Remote Desktop Users group does not have this right, you must be granted this right manually.

I have checked user is assigned to Remote Desktop Users group, and default GPO for “Allow logon through Remote Desktop Services” already has Remote Desktop Users group.

Not sure what else to check, any help would be appreciated.

If they are domain users – add them to a domain user group and then add that domain user group to the local server’s (not AD) Remote Desktop Users group – if you can’t do that add each domain user to the local server’s Remote Desktop Users group.

Thank you Willie! Really appreciate your help.
I added the domain users to Remote Desktop Users group on local server - everythings works now.
