I signed up for Mullvad VPN through the tailscale website and I want to use my edgerouter as a subnet router for my home network, however when I configure the edgerouter for this I my home devices are not able to access anything external. Packet capture shows packets leaving the tailscale interface on the edgerouter, but it doesn’t seem like anything returns. Has anyone got this working?
What instructions did you use to get Tailscale installed on your EdgeRouter?
I installed the tailscale apt package and I didnt make any special changes to get tailscale working.

We can probably help you get this going – but will that package survive a firmware upgrade to the EdgeOS system?
It does. It is installed in /config directory as described here: GitHub - jamesog/tailscale-edgeos: Running Tailscale on Ubiquiti EdgeOS
