UCM Custom Time Groups

I need to forward calls from a system on Christmas Eve to a different # then what is set for most Holidays. I created a custom time group and for the date I choose the 4th Wednesday in December which should be Dec 24th. Then on the inbound route I have this time group listed first and set to forward to the external #. Am I thinking this correctly?

NM, my eyes are so bad. I see I can choose the exact date now. Should work as I want it too.

Yup – this should work out well for you – although if you can create one for sometime this week after hours – just as a small test – I’d make sure head of time that Holiday schedule doesn’t over ride it.
