Customer has a new PS5, it will connect to the internet fine, but it will not update, and because of this, no new games can be installed or something, I dont personally play PS5. Everything we have found says its Nat type 2, and UpNP.
On the ER4 There is no option to enable UpnP, and I’m not even sure thats something I should turn on. Anyone ever deal with these issues with the PS5? Seems to be a common problem.
Are you natting your customers? If so – I would never enable upnp as a service provider. If you’re not natting your customers they can do it on their own router.
