How many here use AI?
I created my own custom call log database using chatgpt. I log all my cleints calls into a local database on my Synology nas using python scripts. Now I am using Garfana to view the data in different charts to see usage between clients. The main reason is now I can do my own traffic studies to determine if calls are interstate vs intrastate for 499a/499q reporting purposes. If you are a VoIP reseller you will understand why you need to know this and how important it is when it comes to billing your clients. I am still too small of a reseller to have to charge USF fees and and few other things but getting close and it’s super important to know how close I am at that level. Here is a sample of calls I did to know how many calls were in the State of Georgia and how many went out of state. All the coding was done with chatgpt, I changed logins, API tokens etc… but I told chatgpt what I wanted to do and here we are. Love it!
