Anyone know how to make notifications for Wave Chat messages more sticky? A missed call pop-up will sit on your desktop until you delete it. Notifications for Chat messages only pop-up for a few seconds.
We’re using Chat to notify individuals and groups of people for short time-frame information, and if they are away from their desk, there’s not much fanfare to let them know they missed a chat message.

There is currently no adjustment function on the desktop version as described. We recommend filing a “Feedback” entry through the app under your Profile>>Help and Feedback>>Report an Issue. Enter your feedback and use one of the available feedback categories to submit.
