What gear do i need for this?

Hi there!
I want to manage internets for all the tenants in a building with 24 apartments. We use Wi-Fi today but want to reuse fibers from old isp. Every fiber is terminated in to patch panels with SC connectors. How can i reuse and manage this for det clients?
What kind of gear do I need?
There is 25 fibers.
1 is for building Wi-Fi
24 is for every apartment and they all are patch to and ready to go.

Are you going to use an automated billing system? What IP addresses will you be assigning?

there is no need for that. But i know uisp has som crm system, was gone have a look down det line.

Ipv4 adresses most likely.
Can I get all 24 apartments into uisp software to manage from there? with CRM an so on.
Can’t find a switch that will do what I want!

Will they be ā€œrealā€ Internet routable IPs?

Still have lots of questions that need answered, but one route would be to install a Grandstream GWN7831 Aggregation switch. That switch has 24 SFP (1GB) slots plus an additional 4 SFP+ (10GB) slots. You could then use the Grandstream GWN7052F Dual Band WiFi Router in each apartment. You would use a 1G SFP in the Aggregation switch and one in the GWN7052F. That would give you WiFi and Ethernet in each apartment. If the provider will provide you with 24 static IP’s then you assign one to each GWN7052 in each apartment (not sure why CG nat would not work as well. I am sure there are things I have missed in this setup. You said you had not been able to find a switch to do what you want, the Grandstream GWN7831 switch is a Layer 3 Managed switch, and it has enough fiber interfaces to serve all 24 apartments in addition to 4 SFP+ slots . https://www.grandstream.com/hubfs/Product_Documentation/GWN7830%20Series/Datasheet_GWN7830_Series_English.pdf

just my 2 cents…its fun to think outside the box

Ubiquiti, UCRM really needs some sort of Ubiquiti UISP compatible device in order for it to work properly. UCRM will build a subscriber via the device(s) per location, with the Edgemax router, it can control bandwidth limitations based on subscription settings. I’m not sure the aircube can be used to control bandwidth, I don’t think it can, never needed to try it.

If you’re using the full ISP line you can control the bandwidth – I’ll be covering all of this in my upcoming videos.

I hope full details with UISP/crm because I still can’t get it to control bandwidth.
