Attenuation/absorption is problem that a lot of people don’t think about. Your WiFi is light waves passing through material and all those materials (even human bodies) have signal attenuation (loss through absorption). There’s a lot of science and a little art to getting WiFi done properly. We’ll continue to explore these factors in upcoming videos.

Just watched this, really good. What was the utility you use or software to test locations before you deploy wireless APs?
Depends on the client. With a house we can use existing WiFi and use something as sleek as NetSpot.
